Service Delivery Coordinator

Location

Toronto

Responsibilities:

  • Work with key process Managers to deliver Service Excellence to our clients through optimized processes.

  • Process Reporting and Metrics for key ITIL process areas --Asset, Change, Configuration, Incident and Problem Management

  • Ensure processes are meeting Governance Control Objectives

  • Work with IT Management to find and implement process improvements

  • Perform operational duties required for effective Service Delivery

  • Project leadership for various Service Delivery initiatives

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5 years IT Service and Delivery experience in a financial services environment

  • ITIL Certification and/or other IT Certification an asset

  • University Degree in Computer Science and/or Community College diploma an asset.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Enthusiastic and motivated
